Valuations & Fairness Opinions
IWA provides valuations and fairness opinions to U.S. and international companies in the wine and liquor industry. Our analysis is the first step in a transaction and clients often request that IWA prepare a valuation before deciding on the structure of the transaction. IWA also provides fairness opinions to Boards of Directors in the completion of transactions that have already been negotiated between a buyer and a seller.
